Tuesday, March 24th, 2026: Citizenship & Science Academy of Syracuse families and community members are invited to participate in the upcoming review of Policy 3140, the district-level Parent and Family Engagement Policy for our Title I schools.

The purpose of this meeting is to evaluate the content and effectiveness of the policy in improving academic outcomes for all students. Participants will:

• Review how the policy supports student achievement

• Discuss barriers to greater parent and family involvement

• Identify the needs of families in supporting their children’s learning

• Explore strategies to strengthen school–family partnerships

Family input is essential to ensuring our policies reflect the needs of our community. We encourage all interested parents and guardians to attend and share their feedback as we work together to support student success.
