Atoms Welcome Jada for its 28 Speakers in 28 Days

Monday, February 7th, 2022—This month, Syracuse Academy of Science and Citizenship elementary school kicked off its annual 28 Speakers in 28 Days event. This yearly event is a time-honored tradition at Syracuse Academy of Science and Citizenship elementary school. Community members, thought leaders, SANY alumni, and many more people share their career experiences, valuable life lessons, and educational experience with the Atoms.

The first guest speaker for the 28 Speakers in 28 Days event was Syracuse Academy of Science Charter School, Class of 2013 alumna Jada Zachery. Jada shared with the Atoms about her career at SmileyCuse and the importance of dental hygiene, including braces. The Atoms also received a hands-on, minds-on demonstration where they learned how orthodontists put braces on teeth using a model of teeth.
